习总书记“绿水青山就是金山银山”的重要论述,用质朴的语言深刻阐发了经济发展 和生态建设之间的辩证关系。该“两山”理论的提出不仅彰显了中国对生态文明建设的高度 重视,更是一次重新认识人类属性的观念性革新。中国儒道思想中的“天人合一”的生态观 念正是这次思想创新的哲学基础,无论是儒家的《中庸》里的“天命”和“率性”,还是《黄 帝阴符经》中的“三才相盗”,均体现了中国古代“人与自然”的辩证关系。因此“两山” 理论是“中国智慧”的一种传承,是一种“中国理念”的输出,将深刻影响着未来的人类文 明发展。

Xi Jinping’s Liangshan (‘Two Mountains’) discourse stresses the intimate relationship between ecology and economic development. Liangshan not only reflects a renewed official commitment to building the foundations of an ecological civilisation within China, but also promises wider implications for humanity at large. The philosophical basis of Liangshan is the Confucian concept of tianrenheyi (‘the harmonious union of Heaven and humanity’), which in its various ancient formulations reflects a primordial Chinese concern for the health of the human relationship with nature. We examine the extent to which Liangshan can be considered an authentic Chinese cultural export, a bridge from ancient China to future generations all over the world.
